Saemdi return policy
We hope that you love the items you've purchased from us. However, should you wish to make a return, we have provided the necessary information below. If you have questions about sizing before making a purchase, don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@saemdi.com. Our team is here to assist you in finding the perfect fit.
If, for any reason, you decide to return an item, please take note of the following:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from delivery and must be received within 30 days of the ship date.
- Returns are only accepted on items that were purchased at full price and that are returned in their original unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or signs of use with all tags intact.
- Please be aware that sale items are FINAL SALE
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping. We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge.
- In the event that you receive damaged or worn goods, kindly contact us at hello@saemdi.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- If any loss in value of the goods is incurred due to improper handling, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.
- We strive to process returns promptly upon their arrival, but please allow up to 14 days for processing from the time we receive them at our warehouse.
- We can only execute an exchange on a case to case basis, based on stock availability

- We suggest shipping your package with a carrier such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, or via Insured USPS Parcel Post, as we cannot take responsibility for packages lost in transit
- C.O.D.s will not be accepted.
We hope this policy clarifies our procedures for returns and exchanges. Should you have any further inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
- Refund Scope: We will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned items, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs if you chose an expedited shipping method).
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the date we receive the returned goods back, or from the date you provide proof of shipment.
- Payment Method: We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
- Return Period: You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods unless the items arrived damaged or defective.
- Item Condition: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
