Saemdi return policy

We hope that you love the items you've purchased from us. However, should you wish to make a return, we have provided the necessary information below. If you have questions about sizing before making a purchase, don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@saemdi.com. Our team is here to assist you in finding the perfect fit.

If, for any reason, you decide to return an item, please take note of the following:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from delivery and must be received within 14 days of the ship date.
  • Returns are only accepted on items that were purchased at full price and that are returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact.
  • Please be aware that sale items are FINAL SALE
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping. We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge. 
  • In the event that you receive damaged or worn goods, kindly contact us at hello@saemdi.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • If any loss in value of the goods is incurred due to improper handling, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.
  • We strive to process returns promptly upon their arrival, but please allow up to 14 days for processing from the time we receive them at our warehouse.
  • We can only execute an exchange on a case to case basis, based on stock availability

  • We suggest shipping your package with a carrier such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, or via Insured USPS Parcel Post, as we cannot take responsibility for packages lost in transit
  • C.O.D.s will not be accepted.
