US Shipping 

• All orders placed Mon-Fri (excluding holidays) before 12PM PST will ship within 2 business days, pending item availability and credit card verification.
• Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the following Monday.
• Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

US Shipping Rates & Methods

• Saemdi ships with UPS for all domestic orders within the contiguous 48 states.
• Please see the chart below for shipping options:

$25.00	UPS 2nd Day Air

• Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes will ship out via USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping

• DHL and UPS are used for all international deliveries.
• $25 base shipping for all orders shipping to Canada & Mexico + free shipping over $500
• $40 base shipping for all orders shipping to Europe + free shipping over $500
• Rates are calculated based on destination and weight of the package for the rest of the world.
• All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the customer's local government are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are processed at our warehouse in Los Angeles and typically takes 1-2 working days before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking to monitor your shipment's progress. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email for the tracking link to become active.
